What You’ll Do:
Lead and own the full-cycle recruiting strategy for key technical, engineering, and operations roles across our U.S. data center teams.
Partner closely with hiring managers, leadership, and People teams to understand workforce needs and craft forward-thinking sourcing strategies.
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our mission-driven culture and values.
Mentor and support a small but mighty recruiting team, continuously raising the bar for talent acquisition excellence.
Use insights, hiring metrics, and market research to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive scalable growth.
About You:
8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3 years in data center infrastructure, tech infrastructure, or hyperscale environments.
Skilled at building trust and influencing across all levels — from engineers to senior leadership.
Data-driven, action-oriented, and comfortable adapting in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Deep understanding of talent markets, technical functions, and candidate engagement best practices.
Passionate about connecting people to meaningful work that builds the future.
