AI campuses live or die on power delivery. Our client is at the forefront of Data Center builds and are currently seeking an experienced Interconnecting Program Manager to join their team. You’ll own utility interconnects and substation programs (50–300+ MW sites), sequencing to IST/TCO dates.
What you’ll do
Secure queue positions and interconnect agreements; steer substation EPC from siting to energization.
Build the power-up roadmap (transmission/MV distribution → LV to white space); manage long-lead electrical (transformers, switchgear, UPS).
Run risk & readiness gates; drive IST alignment with Construction/Commissioning/Operations.
Standardize playbooks for ride-through, PQ, and high-density AI halls; publish exec dashboards (MW delivered vs plan).
Lead commercials on utility cost-share, permits/easements, and change/claims with GC & OEMs.
You bring
12–15+ years mission-critical or T&D delivery; multiple 50–300+ MW campuses energized.
Deep substation/MV experience and utility negotiation track record.
Executive-level communication; GMP & CO fluency. BS in EE/ME/Const (PE/PMP a plus).
Compensation (guide)
Base $190k–$220k + 20–35% bonus (equity possible); relocation + full benefits.
