The UAE continues to add capacity and operations teams are scaling alongside new builds. We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead critical facilities performance, uptime discipline, and safe change management across one or more sites.
Role overview
Own daily critical operations: SLA uptime, MOP/SOP/EOP, vendor management, incident response, and readiness for expansions.
Key responsibilities
Run MOP/SOP/EOP governance, PTW/LOTO, and change control.
Reliability ownership for MV/LV, UPS, gens, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, BMS/EPMS.
Incident command + RCA, corrective actions, and customer/exec reporting.
Vendor SLAs, spares strategy, CMMS discipline; audit readiness.
Drive efficiency KPIs (availability, MTTR, PUE improvement initiatives).
Candidate profile
10+ years critical facilities/DC ops; strong electrical/mechanical fundamentals.
Proven incident leadership and safe change discipline.
