Petrogate is supporting an Oil and Gas client in hiring a commercial Contracts & Procurement Manager who can move fast without losing contract control.
Role overview
Lead tendering + post-award contract management for EPC packages (mechanical, E&I, long-lead equipment) with clean change control.
Key responsibilities
RFQ/ITT management, TBEs, negotiation notes, award recommendations.
Post-award admin: variations/COs, notices, EOTs, exposure tracking.
Vendor performance, expediting, FAT/SAT coordination; contract registers/audit files.
Interface with Project Controls/Construction to protect scope, schedule, and cost.
Candidate profile
10–15+ years in O&G EPC C&P/Contracts; FIDIC/LOGIC familiarity.
Strong commercial discipline with practical “get it done” approach.
