Senior Project Manager — Mission Critical Construction

We are supporting a leading mission-critical developer/operator on the appointment of a Senior Project Manager to help lead the delivery of complex construction projects in Texas.
This is a site-based role suited to a strong build-side professional with experience managing projects from early planning and design coordination through active construction, commissioning support, handover, and closeout.
Key responsibilities
Lead project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery from inception through completion
Drive preconstruction activities including planning, design coordination, permitting, bid processes, and team selection
Manage design-build / trade contractor coordination during active construction
Oversee project reporting, forecasting, billing validation, and commercial administration
Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle
Support commissioning, project handover, and turnover documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and schedule enhancement
Requirements
Approximately 7+ years’ experience in construction project delivery of increasing complexity
Strong experience across mission critical, data center, or other complex technical builds
Proven exposure to project budgeting, contracts, billing validation, schedule management, and contractor coordination
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based environment
Data center experience is strongly preferred
Ideal background
General contractor, construction manager, owner’s rep, or developer-side project delivery
Experience across large-scale complex builds with multiple stakeholders and live delivery pressure
Strong communication and commercial awareness
