A rapidly scaling developer/owner is building multi-building campuses. They want a Senior Director of Construction to run parallel phases, standardize delivery playbooks, and hand over clean, predictable projects to Commissioning and Operations.
Role overview
Lead end-to-end construction execution for 50–150 MW phases. Own schedule, cost exposure, quality, safety, and contractor performance, while partnering tightly with Power Delivery and Commissioning to hit TCO/IST milestones.
Key responsibilities
Drive field execution across CSA + MEP; enforce readiness gates and turnover discipline.
Own schedule governance (L1–L4), look-aheads, recovery plans, constraint burn-down.
Lead quality systems: ITPs, NCR/punch closure, redlines/as-builts, turnover packages.
Manage commercial hygiene: GMP discipline, COs/EOTs, claims avoidance, vendor performance.
Standardize campus playbooks for repeatability (MEP sequencing, white space readiness, liquid-cooling interfaces).
Build and lead a bench of CMs/Directors; set a high-trust performance culture.
Candidate profile
15+ years mission-critical; multiple hyperscale/colo phases delivered to TCO.
Strong MEP sequencing knowledge and GC/trade leadership at pace.
Credible executive communicator with proven portfolio delivery.
Location: USA hub flexible, travel 30–50%
