MEP Construction Manager — Mission Critical Construction

We are supporting a leading mission-critical construction client on the appointment of an MEP Construction Manager to help drive delivery across new and ongoing projects in Texas.
This is a site-based construction delivery role focused on coordinating and overseeing major MEP works within a broader mission-critical build environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage MEP-related construction scope from preconstruction through completion
Coordinate design review, bid support, contractor engagement, and onsite execution
Oversee schedule, budget tracking, billing validation, quality, and progress across MEP packages
Work closely with project teams, consultants, contractors, and operations stakeholders
Support commissioning activities and handover to operations
Ensure works are delivered in line with project requirements, codes, specifications, and mission-critical standards
Contribute to closeout, lessons learned, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Approximately 5–7+ years’ experience in construction project delivery, ideally within mission-critical or technical environments
Experience in construction management across MEP, with exposure to broader build delivery
Strong contractor coordination, reporting, and project administration skills
Data center experience strongly preferred
Comfortable working onsite in a high-accountability environment
