Petrogate has partnered with a fast-growing developer-operator scaling multiple AI/hyperscale campuses across Texas. They’re hiring a Senior Commissioning Manager to land Level 1–5 and IST on time—with first-time-right start-ups and clean handovers to Ops.
Role at a glance
Own Cx planning/execution across power trains and mechanical plants for 20–80 MW phases; drive readiness, safety, and issues burn-down to TCO.
Key responsibilities
Build the Cx plan (L1–L5), FAT/SAT witness, risk register, and RACI; maintain readiness gates.
Lead on-site commissioning for MV/LV (gens, MV switchgear, UPS, PDU/RPP), mechanical (chillers, CRAH/CRAC, CW/DX), and BMS/EPMS.
Execute IST, manage NCRs/punch, RCAs, and corrective actions; standardize playbooks/templates.
Publish weekly exec dashboards (critical path, risks, burn-down, TCO forecast).
Candidate profile
10+ years MEP/Cx; 5+ in data centers; proven IST leadership on 20–80 MW phases.
Deep MV/LV and HVAC plants knowledge; strong vendor/GC/trades coordination.
Clear, executive-grade reporting.
