Our client is a fast-moving developer-operator expanding multiple 20–80 MW phases in Texas. They want a Senior Commissioning Manager who lands L1–L5 and IST cleanly.
Role at a glance
Build the Cx plan (L1–L5), readiness gates, FAT/SAT witness, and risk register.
Lead site Cx for MV/LV (gens, MV switchgear, UPS, PDU/RPP), mechanical plants (chillers, CRAH/CRAC, CW/DX), and BMS/EPMS.
Run IST, drive NCR/punch to closure, and publish exec dashboards (critical path, burn-down).
Standardize playbooks/templates across campuses.
You bring
10+ yrs MEP/Cx; 5+ in data centers with proven IST leadership (20–80 MW).
Strong vendor/GC/trades coordination and executive-grade reporting.
Compensation: $170k–$230k base + 15–30% bonus; relocation + full benefits.
