Our EPC client in Abu Dhabi delivering gas compression and utilities packages are looking for a hands-on Rotating Equipment Lead to own vendors, quality, and commissioning support.
Role at a glance
Lead rotating scope for centrifugal/recip compressors, drivers (GT/electric), API pumps, and seal/lube systems—quality, schedule, and performance testing.
Key responsibilities
Define specs, run TBEs/clarifications, and witness FAT/SAT with OEMs.
Oversee skid integration, alignment, preservation; support pre-commissioning/commissioning and performance tests.
Drive RCFA on bad actors; implement permanent fixes and spares strategy.
Manage ITPs, punch closure, and O&M dossiers; mentor 1–2 juniors.
Candidate profile
10+ years rotating on O&G projects; solid API 617/618/610/614 exposure.
Field-savvy (alignment, vibration/tribology, run-ins) and vendor management.
Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent); UAE/ADNOC exposure a plus.
Location & package
Abu Dhabi with regular site/OEM visits.
