Own integrated planning, cost, and risk for brownfield tie-ins and small projects ($10–$80m) across gathering stations/CPFs. You’ll set baselines, keep the critical path honest, and drive clear, no-fluff reporting to the Project Manager.
What you’ll do
Build & manage L1–L4 schedules in Primavera P6; track critical path, slippage, and recovery plans.
Run cost control: budgets, commitments, VOWD, accruals, forecast to complete; align with Finance on closes.
Chair monthly cycle: progress S-curves, EV (CPI/SPI), risk register, and change control.
Partner with Construction, SCM/Contracts, QA/QC, and HSE to validate vendor progress and variations.
Keep data clean across P6 + cost tool (EcoSys/Prisma/SAP/Excel); enforce document control handshakes.
Support claims/time-impact analysis with Contracts when needed.
You bring
