We’re mobilizing multiple Liaison Man positions for a fast-track drilling & workover program. These are field-based roles coordinating between Operator, Rig Contractor, and Service Companies to keep HSE, permits, logistics, and daily operations tight and on schedule.
10 × Liaison Man — Offshore Drilling
Scope (short): Rig-based coordination for jack-up/platform drilling campaigns.
Key duties: PTW & SIMOPS interface, marine logistics, bunkering & POB control, service-company call-offs, daily reporting to Company Rep.
Must-have: Offshore drilling liaison or company-man assistant background, strong HSE/permit discipline, English fluency.
Certs: BOSIET/FOET + HUET, H2S/BA, Offshore Medical.
Rotation: 28/28 (or similar).
10 × Liaison Man — Offshore Workover
Scope (short): Live-asset workovers & interventions on platforms.
Key duties: SIMOPS with production ops, line-up/isolations, boat/helicopter logistics, service-company coordination (WL/CT/Pumping), daily look-ahead.
Must-have: Offshore workover exposure, strong barriers/well-control awareness (IWCF well-ops support desirable).
Certs: BOSIET/FOET + HUET, H2S/BA, Offshore Medical.
Rotation: 28/28 (or similar).
30 × Liaison Man — Onshore Oil Drilling
Scope (short): Field-camp role across onshore oil drilling rigs.
Key duties: PTW, rig move & road permits, materials call-offs, vendor/checklist control, DDR inputs, coordination with security/logistics.
Must-have: Onshore drilling liaison/rig-ops coordination experience; Arabic a plus.
Certs: H2S/BA, First Aid, Defensive Driving; IWCF awareness preferred.
Rotation: 28/28 (or similar).
10 × Liaison Man — Gas Workover
Scope (short): Gas field workovers/ESD tie-ins with strict SIMOPS.
Key duties: Permit/LOTO, gas testing, contractor interface (slickline/CT/pressure pumping), isolation & leak-test coordination, shift handovers.
Must-have:Gas workover experience (sour service preferred), strong process safety mindset.
Certs: H2S/BA, Gas Testing, First Aid; IWCF awareness preferred.
Rotation: 28/28 (or similar).
Common Profile (all roles)
5–10+ years in rig/field operations (liaison, toolpusher/ADO, company-man assistant, or equivalent).
Solid HSE culture: PTW/LOTO, SIMOPS, JSA, incident reporting.
Clear English reporting; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong coordination under schedule pressure; clean documentation & daily logs.
