Texas is seeing unprecedented load and generation interconnection activity, driven heavily by data centers and rapid build-out of solar + storage. We’re hiring interconnection leaders who can navigate ERCOT processes, studies, grid data, and commercial timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Own ERCOT interconnection strategy: applications, queue management, studies, and milestones.
Coordinate with utilities, ERCOT, consultants, OEMs, and internal development teams.
Manage grid modeling inputs, technical responses, and risk mitigation on schedule/cost.
Support portfolio decisions across solar, BESS, gas, and large load connections.
Ideal Background
Interconnection experience in ERCOT (or transferable ISOs with strong ERCOT exposure).
Strong grasp of power systems studies, grid constraints, and project development timelines.
Track record managing multiple interconnection workstreams concurrently.
