Role Summary:
The Enterprise Applications Architect will drive the design, architecture, and alignment of enterprise applications to support business agility, operational efficiency, and IT innovation across upstream and downstream business functions. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with global best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and deliver end-to-end application architecture across ERP, SCM, Asset Management, HSE, and other core enterprise systems.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable application architecture solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to standardize application frameworks and integration strategies.
Establish governance for application standards, data flow, and architecture principles.
Guide development teams on architectural best practices, performance optimization, and system integration.
Lead the evaluation of emerging tools and technologies to enhance the enterprise digital landscape.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and IT risk management protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture roles, with 5+ years in application or solution design roles.
Deep understanding of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and cloud-native solutions (Azure, AWS).
Proven experience delivering integrated business systems in Oil & Gas or large-scale industrial environments.
Familiar with IT governance, enterprise integration patterns, and data architecture principles.
Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Architect, or SAP Architecture are an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
