Run package tendering and post-award administration on mid-sized EPC scopes ($10–$120m), balancing speed, compliance, and ICV deliverables.

What you’ll do

Prepare RFQs/ITTs, TBEs, negotiation notes, recommendations for award; draft/adjust FIDIC conditions.
Administer contracts: change orders, variations, EOTs, notifications, and commercial correspondence.
Track commitments/VOWD vs. budget; support expediting, FAT/SAT readiness, and vendor performance KPIs.
Align with Engineering/Construction on scope control; interface with Finance/Planning/QA for clean handovers.
Deliver ICV plans & reporting; maintain contract registers and audit-ready files.

8+ years in O&G contracts/procurement with EPC packages in the UAE.
Working knowledge of FIDIC (Red/Yellow/Silver); confident with CO/EOT mechanics.
ICV basics and vendor/OEM coordination. Degree in Eng/SCM/Business/Law.
