Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role scoping.

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing coaching and guidance.

  • Use data and analytics to track recruitment effectiveness and improve processes.

  • Enhance employer brand through targeted outreach, social media, and campaigns.

  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified candidates.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

  • Collaborate with HR/business leaders on succession planning and internal mobility.

  • Represent the company at job fairs, events, and university engagements.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in the data center industry (or related construction/technology recruitment).

  • Strong track record in designing and executing recruitment strategies.

  • Skilled in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and passion for candidate experience.

  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing is an advantage.
