Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role scoping.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing coaching and guidance.
Use data and analytics to track recruitment effectiveness and improve processes.
Enhance employer brand through targeted outreach, social media, and campaigns.
Build and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified candidates.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Collaborate with HR/business leaders on succession planning and internal mobility.
Represent the company at job fairs, events, and university engagements.
Candidate Profile
5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in the data center industry (or related construction/technology recruitment).
Strong track record in designing and executing recruitment strategies.
Skilled in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and passion for candidate experience.
Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing is an advantage.
