Our client, a market leader in the global data center industry, is expanding rapidly and has multiple Talent Acquisition Manager openings across their portfolio — including four key positions based in Singapore.
These are high-impact roles where you will take ownership of recruitment strategy, build world-class teams, and play a pivotal role in scaling one of the fastest-growing sectors worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned to organisational growth.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and shape talent pipelines.
Lead and develop recruitment teams, providing coaching and guidance.
Drive recruitment analytics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
Champion employer branding through outreach, social media, and talent campaigns.
Maintain proactive candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and engagement.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal HR standards.
Contribute to succession planning, internal mobility, and long-term workforce strategy.
Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and universities.
Candidate Profile
5+ years in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years recruiting within the data center sector (or construction/technology recruitment).
Strong record of designing and delivering recruitment strategies for high-growth businesses.
Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and talent analytics.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a passion for the candidate experience.
Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience is a plus.
