Key Responsibilities:
Analyze hiring metrics to refine sourcing approaches, improve efficiency, and deliver better hiring outcomes.
Lead and develop a recruitment team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Partner with internal stakeholders to advise on hiring best practices, market trends, and talent attraction strategies.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across technical, commercial, and leadership roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Design and implement forward-thinking talent acquisition strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and workforce plans.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years recruiting within the Data Center or Technology Infrastructure sectors.
