The Role

We are hiring an experienced BD / Senior Recruitment Consultant who can build trusted client relationships, win and develop accounts, and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes — consistently.

This is a role for someone who combines commercial drive with delivery discipline, and who enjoys owning a market, shaping client strategy, and operating like a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a structured BD pipeline (new clients + expansion within existing accounts)

  • Develop consultative relationships with decision-makers and hiring leaders

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery: role briefing, search, assessment, shortlisting, offer management

  • Present candidates professionally with strong market insight and clear rationale

  • Maintain a high standard of communication, organization, and follow-through

  • Track performance activity and outcomes (pipeline, outreach, client meetings, roles, fills)

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in agency recruitment (BD + delivery)

  • Proven track record of winning business and filling roles (perm and/or contract)

  • Confident stakeholder management with a professional, consultative style

  • Strong written communication (client submissions, outreach, candidate messaging)

  • Self-starter mindset — high ownership, high standards, low hand-holding

Nice to Have

  • Experience working internationally (Middle East / USA / Asia markets)

  • Exposure to technical verticals (e.g., energy, construction, infrastructure, data centers, technology)

  • Existing client network (not essential if you can build one)
