​Own utility interface and power-to-rack readiness across a multi-site AI campus portfolio—substations, MV distribution, interconnect agreements, energization milestones, and risk/mitigation to hit IST/TCO dates.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive utility roadmaps (studies, queue positions, interconnects), substation delivery, and MV/LV sequencing to meet Cx/IST.

  • Govern schedules & risk for long-lead electrical (gens, UPS, switchgear, transformers), contingency power, and temporary feeds.

  • Lead cross-functional delivery (design/GC/Cx/ops) with weekly exec dashboards on MW delivered vs. plan.

  • Standardize “power playbooks” for AI loads (high-density halls, redundancy strategies, power quality & ride-through).

  • Negotiate easements, permits, and cost-share with utilities/municipalities; manage COs/claims.

  • Ensure safety & QA/QC for energizations; readiness for Level 4–5 and handover to Ops.

Candidate profile

  • 12–15+ yrs mission-critical or T&D delivery; track record bringing 50–300+ MW campuses online.

  • Utility interconnect expertise; substation/MV hands-on; solid GMP/commercial chops.

  • Executive communication; proven multi-site program mgmt.
