Project Manager - Saudi Arabia - Energy
Take full accountability for the Profit and Loss (P&L), forecasted revenue, Gross Margin (GM), and Free Cash Flow (FCF) of assigned project(s).
Lead a diverse execution team across various disciplines to ensure successful project completion.
Uphold high-quality forecast accuracy and promptly report any deviations from the plans.
Manage the project execution in adherence to project management standards and customer requirements, holding end-to-end responsibility for economic outcomes, quality, schedule, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS).
Define and oversee schedules, budgets, risk, change control, opportunity, and resource management.
Ensure elevated levels of customer satisfaction aligned with quality management systems and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a reputable university.
Accumulate a minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical HV substations and SVC projects.
Hold an IPMA certification.
Demonstrate a successful track record as a P&L responsible project manager.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
Exhibit excellent proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads effectively with minimal supervision, and flexibility in handling multiple diverse tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills, capacity to work under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
