Petrogate Global Recruitment is hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our own team. We’re looking for someone with recruitment and business development experience who can build professional client relationships and deliver a well-managed candidate search. Experience in oil and gas or technology recruitment is preferred.
The role
You’ll work across business development, client consultation and recruitment delivery: identifying opportunities, understanding hiring needs and sourcing suitable candidates. This role suits someone who can hold a credible client conversation and follow through with an organised search.
What you’ll do
Identify prospective clients, initiate conversations and develop new recruitment business.
Consult with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate priorities and expectations.
Build and maintain client relationships, following up on opportunities and ongoing hiring needs.
Source and engage candidates through direct approaches, professional networks and recruitment platforms.
Screen candidates and assess their experience, motivation and suitability against the brief.
Present clear candidate summaries and well-supported shortlists.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and support offer discussions and candidate follow-up.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and handle confidential information with care.
Manage your workload remotely and keep clients, candidates and colleagues informed.
What we’re looking for
Experience in recruitment and business development, ideally in a 360 agency recruitment role.
Experience consulting with clients and translating their requirements into a clear recruitment brief.
Practical candidate-sourcing and screening experience.
Fluent English, both spoken and written, for professional client and candidate communication.
High standards of professionalism, discretion and reliable follow-through.
The ability to organise recruitment activity independently while working remotely from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
Preferred: Experience recruiting and developing business in the oil and gas or technology industries.
