Role Overview
The QHSE Manager will lead health, safety, environmental, and quality-related activities across energy operations. The role requires a strong HSE professional with experience implementing safety standards, managing compliance, supporting field teams, and promoting a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.
Deliver HSE training, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks where required.
Support operational teams in identifying hazards and improving safety performance.
Prepare HSE reports, statistics, corrective action plans, and performance updates.
Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organisation.
Candidate Profile
Proven HSE management experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, construction, or industrial operations.
Strong knowledge of safety management systems, risk assessment, incident investigation, and environmental controls.
Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with both office-based and field-based teams.
English and Arabic language capability preferred.
