Role Overview
The Finance & Shared Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial management, budgeting, reporting, internal controls, and service-related support functions. This position requires a commercially aware finance professional who can provide accurate financial insight while ensuring compliance, governance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
Monitor cash flow, expenditure, cost control, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, audit requirements, and applicable regulations.
Support management with financial analysis, business planning, and decision-making.
Oversee service-related administrative functions where required.
Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, banks, and relevant stakeholders.
Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting standards.
Candidate Profile
Strong finance, accounting, or shared services management experience.
Previous exposure to Oil & Gas, Energy, infrastructure, EPC, or industrial sectors preferred.
Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Professional qualification in finance/accounting is advantageous.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
English and Arabic language capability preferred.
