We’re supporting a busy Abu Dhabi EPC with steady mid-sized packages. They need a practical Contracts Engineer who can move tenders and manage variations quickly, while keeping FIDIC and ICV boxes ticked.
Role at a glance
Prepare RFQs/ITTs, TBEs, negotiation notes, and recommendations for award; draft/adjust FIDIC conditions.
Administer post-award: COs/variations, EOTs, notices, and commercial letters; track commitments/VOWD vs budget.
Coordinate with Engineering/Construction on scope control; support expediting and FAT/SAT readiness.
Produce clean contract registers and ICV reporting; stay audit-ready.
You bring
6–10+ years EPC contracts/procurement in UAE O&G.
Working knowledge of FIDIC Red/Yellow/Silver and CO/EOT mechanics.
ICV basics and solid vendor coordination; degree in Eng/SCM/Business/Law.
